Culture and well-being are fundamental to the way we work, which is why we created Privilege. Subtitled 'rewards and culture', Privilege is far more than a standard benefits package.

Representing a significant commitment to our staff, it covers standard elements such as financial reward, leave entitlement and training, through to cultural and personal benefits such as well-being, social events and charitable commitments.

Privilege demonstrates how important it is to maintain a balance between work and well-being. We supplement this balance with a healthy amount of fun. Our social team are responsible for all our out-of-hours events, from pool competitions to our annual away days.
